WHY IS the AAPC Different?
Created to honor a true All American, Mike Sexton.
Poker Hall of Famer Mike Sexton was not only one of the greatest Ambassadors for the game of poker, he was a patriot, an athlete, a family man and philanthropist. We honor his legacy with the "Mike Sexton All American Poker Circuit".
Mike also loved his country. In this spirit, a “Tribute to Our Heroes” Tournament honors all Veterans and First Responders with an AAPC collector’s commemorative challenge coin issued with our gratitude for this Poker Gives Fundraiser. The AAPC is committed to continue funding the charity he and other poker royals founded.
The multi-day festival, includes a Senior's Championship (SPT), a Ladies Championship (LIPS) with support of Women's Poker Association (WPA), a "Tribute to Heroes" Charity Event (Poker Gives) and the Main Event honoring Mike Sexton and his legacy. Additionally, the Main Event creates the All American Circle of Champions, the best amateur poker players in the US.

Lupe has dedicated the last 22 years to poker. Online, charitable and best known for her unwavering focus on women in poker. She has blended the mission of Mike Sexton into this tribute poker tour as well as created an avenue to fund the charity he and other poker greats created. She currently is the President of the charity Vegas Connected, in which Poker Gives is the fundraising arm of the charity.
